This hotel has a great central location, making it easy to access the town center, train stations, and the scenic Puffing Billy railway.

The room was great value for money and reasonably spacious with a pleasant view of mountain. The bed was good, I slept like a child. It was in the central location particularly in quiet area: D

The rooms here were really warm and fantastic! They came with a bottle of milk, which was a nice touch. Plus, there was a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, making it very convenient. 🥛.

Review of Wildwood Lodge in Belgrave

Wildwood Lodge is a marvellous place to stay, with a fantastic location just a short walk from shops, public transport, and the train station to the CBD. It's also close to the charming township of Belgrave and the scenic Puffing Billy railway. the welcoming service adds to the experience, making you feel at home. Breakfast includes delightful cookies and refreshing juice, which is a lovely touch.

The spacious quadruple room had a stunning view and came equipped with all the essential amenities.

The units are wonderful, lovely, and offer a beautiful view, all for a price of $333.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a small but delicate garden area. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to activities that filled my day. One highlight was being close to the famous Puffing Billy Rail, where I could easily access Belgrave station. Another aspect I loved was the variety of room amenities available. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and have a cup of tea with the biscuits provided. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table, making my stay even more comfortable. The staff was excellent, providing VIP check-in/out and in-room breakfast.

I highly recommend this place to others.

We loved this hotel's location! It was extremely close to the Puffing Billy Belgrave station and we were able to easily catch the train to explore the city. Additionally, we found many fun activities to fill our days near this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean pool to the ample power points in the rooms. Lastly, we had a fantastic breakfast and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The garden and surroundings were beautiful and well taken care of. Also, the continental breakfast was delicious and provided a good value for money. It was very practical to be walking distance from Puffing Billy, and to be able to check-in early was great for our itinerary.

While the units were affordable, the rooms were a bit small and cramped for four people. Additionally, there wasn't a good place to relax and watch TV or read a book, as we had to do it sitting on one of the beds.

The breakfast juice was nicely fresh squeezed and the beds were clean and comfy. the location is great for getting around and there was plenty of parking. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

the friendly owners made us feel welcomed and comfortable in our slightly dated but enjoyable room. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the basket of tea and coffee selection, cereals, bread, biscuits, fresh milk. the view from our unit was lovely and we were able to walk to nearby eateries.

The driveway leading to the lodge was steep and difficult to navigate.

The Wildwood Lodge provided comfortable accommodation with plenty of room, clean and well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a wonderful natural setting. The owners were pleasant and co-operative, allowing a late departure. The location was convenient for local attractions.
